Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your item.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully pack the item in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage to the vinyl or jacket during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return label (if applicable) or address your package to our returns department and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
