How do you ensure vinyl records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for media. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective items within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of physical media, we cannot accept returns on opened records or CDs for 'change of mind' reasons.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.
